Plants of the Qur’ān exhibition in Bradford

The Plants of the Qur’ān solo exhibition is back out on display and can be seen at the Cartwright Hall Art Gallery in Bradford, Yorkshire, UK. The exhibition was opened on the 21st of June 2024 by James Steward , the Director of the four Bradford Museums and Beverley Mullaney The Lord Major of Bradford. The exhibition is going well and proving as popular as it was last year at Kew Gardens in London.

The work is proving very popular with audiences who see so much more in the plants than they expected to see.

22 June 2024 – 8 September 2024

Cartwright Hall Art Gallery, Lister Park, Bradford, UK

A fun and informal day of drawing with kids, followed the next day by a workshop of lovely people getting to know and paint pomegranates.

Talking at the Bradford Literacy Festival at the Alhambra theatre studio to a packed audience was also a fabulous experience . Adjudicated by the talented writer Samia Rahman and my thanks to her and the Festival for inviting us.

The exhibition runs to the 8th of September , so do get along to see it if you are in the area .
