If you wish to return a scarf please contact me by email within three days of receiving the scarf and I will let you know where to return the scarf to within New Zealand.
Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, but a full refund of the purchase price
of the scarf will be given once I have received the scarf. It should arrive within 30 days of your original purchase via a tracked delivery service. I am not able to repay the postage fee or liable for loss in return postage .
Returns must be unworn, in original packaging and accompanied by the receipt of purchase.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes overseas.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct as I am unable to re-direct packages once they have been dispatched.
New Zealand: please allow 1-3 working days from the time you receive your order confirmation by email.
International destinations: please allow 3-10 working days from the time you receive your order confirmation by email.
Some countries do take a little longer for postal delivery, but this is out of my control.
